Using Doctransform
You may use our tools and API to process documents you own or have the right to process. Don't use the service for anything illegal, or to upload content you don't have permission to handle.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account and API keys. Keep your keys secret; you're accountable for activity under them. Tell us right away if you suspect a key has leaked.
Credits & billing
Operations consume credits at the rates shown on the pricing page. Subscription credits renew each cycle; purchased credit packs don't expire. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your content
You keep all rights to your documents. We process them only to fulfill your request and delete them automatically — we never use your files to train models or share them.
Availability
We work hard to keep the service running but provide it 'as is'. We may change or discontinue features, and we're not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We'll note material changes, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
